Fee:  The lecture is FREE.

$10 per set of handout if pre-paid,
remember to bring your receipt
to exchange the handout

$20 per set of handout if purchase on site
No exchange or refund.

All proceeds will be used to purchase food for the local Food Bank
               
Do not come late. 
The lecture will start on time.

There is no fee and no special foods or supplements to purchase.

We see patient by referral only.

Please fax us a referral letter stating the patient’s medical history and the list of medications along with a copy of the latest blood work, we will contact the patient directly.  

Office open Monday to Friday 9 to 6, Saturday 9 to 1.

We are happy to announce that we are beginning to renovate our new clinic located on the main floor of the Bridgepoint Health Center located at 14 St. Matthews Road, Toronto, ON M4M 2B5.  

The main entrance to Bridgepoint Health is located on the west side of Broadview Avenue, just north of Gerrard Street East. We are just behind 430 Broadview Avenue.

We should be able to start seeing patients by May this year.
